The provider undertakes to perform the services with the diligence of a professional, adhering to the standards of the Romanian real estate market. The client is obliged to provide accurate and complete information necessary for the evaluation and management of properties.
Any change in contact details or the legal status of the property must be communicated in writing within 5 business days of the event occurring.
Information shared within the contractual relationship is treated confidentially, except in cases where disclosure is required by law or a competent authority.
It is forbidden to use the website to transmit illegal, fraudulent content, or content that infringes on the rights of third parties. The provider reserves the right to restrict access in case of violation.
The provider is not liable for indirect losses, moral damages, or lost business opportunities, to the extent permitted by Romanian law. The total cumulative liability for any claim shall not exceed the net value of services provided in the last 12 months.
The information published on the website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal or financial advice. Verification of the data remains the user's responsibility.
These terms may be updated periodically. Users will be notified 15 days before the changes take effect, by publishing the new version on the website.
If you do not agree with the new terms, you may request termination of the contract within 30 days of notification. Continued use of the platform after the update constitutes tacit acceptance.
The provider may terminate the contract without notice in case of repeated non-payment or serious breach of contractual obligations. The client may unilaterally terminate the contract with 60 days' notice, without being liable for penalties.
This document is governed by Romanian law. Disputes will be settled amicably, and in case of failure, jurisdiction lies with the courts of Bucharest municipality.
